Boundary is a three-building campus anchored by a ¼-acre linear park at the prominent intersection of Peachtree and 17th in Midtown Atlanta. The buildings underwent extensive renovations to accommodate new office and retail tenants and now share a suite of campus-wide amenities, including a fitness center, flexible conference facilities, and parking.
To enhance transparency and bring natural light deeper into the interiors, the existing front façades were completely opened and rebuilt with expansive glazing. The new linear park stitches the three buildings together, providing a cohesive pedestrian experience and an activated outdoor amenity for tenants and visitors alike.
