An abandoned early-20th-century manufacturing facility was reimagined as a dynamic, multiuse event space—honoring the building’s industrial legacy while introducing contemporary functionality.
The original two-story brick shell and exposed heavy timber beams and columns were preserved and celebrated. These structural elements became the heart of the design, revealing the building’s raw, historic character. Large factory windows were restored to flood the interior with natural light, creating an airy, open environment.
Strategic interventions—such as upgraded building systems, minimal yet modern finishes, and improved circulation—were integrated to support a variety of uses including exhibitions, performances, and private events. The open-plan layout ensures maximum flexibility while maintaining visual continuity between old and new.
