adaptive reuse
This event venue occupies a former 1907 church that has been thoughtfully reimagined as part of a mixed-use development featuring an event space, boutique offices, and retail/FOOD & BEVERAGE offerings. the renovation balances modern upgrades with the historic character of the original structure, preserving its charm while enhancing functionality.
The event venue program includes a main ballroom, pre-function area, green rooms, and a catering kitchen, all integrated to support a wide range of gatherings. As part of the site and building improvements, a terraced outdoor deck was introduced beneath the canopy of large mature oaks. Additional landscaping was added along the perimeter to create privacy from the adjacent busy street. The resulting outdoor space has become a signature feature—both a visual focal point for the development and a key selling point for the event venue..
