• H.L. Green’s is an existing Art Moderne building located in the heart of South Downtown, serving as a key component of the district’s broader revitalization efforts. As a historic structure, any proposed interventions required a careful, respectful approach that preserves its architectural legacy while enabling a new, contemporary program.

  The renovation reimagines the building as a multi-use destination, incorporating a makers space, an event and restaurant lounge, office suites, and a rooftop lounge. Each program element is thoughtfully integrated to maintain the building’s character while supporting modern functionality. The iconic existing signage will be restored and celebrated as a defining feature, paying homage to the building’s history and reinforcing its role as a cultural anchor within the neighborhood.
