  • retail repositioning & placemaking

  • this transformative repositioning project revitalized a dated mixed-use center adjacent to a key transit station, reimagining its presence and functionality within the urban fabric. The design opened up the previously closed façade, introducing transparency that visually connects street-level activity with interior tenants and a formerly hidden office atrium. By introducing architectural depth to the flat exterior, the refreshed design adds texture, rhythm, and visual interest. New outdoor seating areas were thoughtfully integrated to support food and beverage tenants, creating welcoming, activated public spaces that enhance the overall user experience and strengthen the site's connection to the surrounding community.
